As a motivated and ambitious Sophomore in college, I am driven by a passion for marketing and a desire to make a significant impact in the business world. I have honed my skills in communication, time management, and project management though both academic, extracurricular actives, volunteer projects, and many jobs. Whether leading a school club, managing my volunteers at the Coral Springs Unit, or excelling in team-based assignments. I am consistently striving for excellence and plan to use these ambitions towards attending Florida State University and acquiring my degree in marketing.The values that I find important for myself is achievement, balance, and integrity. These values are important to be a leader because achievement represents the drive to set and reach high goals, to continually push the boundaries of what is possible, and to inspire those around you to do the same. Integrity is the cornerstone of effective leadership. It entails being honest, ethical, and trustworthy which are all important values to me.
