My promotions and awards at Cushman & Wakefield reflect not only my own abilities but those of the high-caliber teams I have recruited, developed, and empowered. Together we have attained the highest tenant and owner satisfaction scores, established and maintained strong working relationships with brokers, and completed multi-million dollar projects. I was recruited to take over two Class A office buildings and quickly addressed issues with client satisfaction, financial reporting, and procedures adherence. I then assumed day-to-day management of two additional office buildings for another client, a total of more than one million square feet. As of March 2019, I hold accountability for the common areas of a complex with seven buildings and four owners.As a result of the achievements listed below, I earned the 2017 Cushman & Wakefield Team Leader Award, 2016 Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Satisfaction Award (901 15th Street NW), 2015 Cushman & Wakefield Team Management Excellence Award (701 8th Street NW), and 2014 Cushman & Wakefield Newcomer of the Year Award.Selected achievements include: Energy & Environmental Control Leadership: Obtained LEED Gold and LEED Platinum Certifications for two properties as well as Energy Star ratings. Finance: Currently managing $6.8M in capital budgets over five years. Managed one building within 0.24% of budgeted NOI in 2018. Project Management: Headed completion of a $1.5M elevator modernization project over two years and currently overseeing a $3.6M, seven-year project for replacing package units. Leasing & Marketing: Delivered 100% occupancy for one building; three tenants completed early renewals of their leases in 2018 and two expanded their spaces. Cost Savings: Saved in one building in a retro-commissioning project. Safety & Security: Worked with the US Secret Service during the 2017 Presidential Inauguration to ensure security of one building with proximity to the White House.
