The alcohol three-tier system is complex, and we simplify the experience of logistics and distribution, making it easier for importers to focus on sales and thrive. Responsibilities: • managed client relationships with 50 key partners and 300 freight clients including account management of top 10 clients. • managed global supply chain operations for key markets in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Australia, NZ and South America optimizing both inbound freight and distribution fulfillment operations across the US. • managed and negotiated freight contracts to reduce costs, audit invoices, restructure billing and improve processes. • managed LCL, FCL, LTL and FTL trucking across the US, troubleshooting breakages, insurance, and re-delivery. • redesigned and implemented internal systems to produce dashboards and reporting programs to establish workflow and customer service KPIs • managed freight movements including customs for 800+ containers per annum.
