As a Diversity and Inclusion Facilitator and the former DE & I and Wellbeing Manager at ODEON Cinemas Group, my mission was to embed a culture of inclusivity and wellbeing within the organization. Our team’s commitment to this vision was evident through the development of impactful programs that encouraged allyship and promoted mental health awareness.With a solid foundation in English and American Literature, my approach to education and facilitation is anchored in communication and problem-solving skills.
