After being shifted around more than once in restructuring initiatives (due to the effects of COVID 19), I took a strategic break from the job market in order to place my focus on a major life transition. I am now looking forward to returning to the workplace in a dynamic HR role where I can hit the ground running and apply my renewed energy toward making an impactful difference within the HR arena. It is my passion to influence strategically through consultative collaboration with leadership and utilize all stakeholder input to administer, design, and implement enhanced HR programs that are unique to both company and industry. I am well-skilled in Employee Relations, HR Investigations, and Leadership Coaching. As my career progressed as a Human Resources leader, I have had honor of being an integral part of both creation and rollout of a variety of exciting initiatives from technology utilization and implementations of various HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, ADP, Paycom, Ceridian, Paylocity, etc.), assisting with process optimization, creation and revision of various HR related SOP\'s which streamlined the functions and greatly reduced overhead costs, helping to create organizational development plans, project management related to major restructuring initiatives, leading the HR due diligence process in various mergers and acquisitions, develop new talent acquisition plans and programs aligned with specific industry and market conditions, enhancing training compliance and new hire retention by revising onboarding programs, creating and managing performance management programs, compensation strategy and plan updates, talent management initiatives, market competitive benefits design, annual enrollment processes and HRIS updates, improving regulatory compliance, etc. Feel free to contact me through this profile if you wish to connect.

   After being shifted around several times due to company restructuring and facility closures attributed to COVID-19, I decided to place my primary focus on a major transition in my personal life before re-entering the job market. I am now refreshed and looking forward to finding a dynamic HR role where I\'m able to put my full skillset to use.
