In 2002 I started a professional development & training team at SingerLewak LLP. At that time there were just 19 Partners, 3 offices and barely over 100 employees - we have since grown into 8 US states with over 80 Partners and 500+ employees (mostly working remotely - some outside the US). I\'ve also had the good fortune of growing my team. Learning and professional development is woven into every facet of public accounting. Many are involved in keeping learning initiatives successful and at this thriving firm. We manage all of the internal training initiatives, CPE compliance and foster relationships with vendors when external training expertise is needed.
