My role at SPARC has transitioned as a part of the JCPenney acquisition back in January. I have started a new role as Director in a newly developed department,under Sourcing, called Sourcing Strategy. Taking on change management and operational strategies for Aeropostale, Lucky Brand, Nautica, Brooks Brothers and Eddie Bauer- for Catalyst Brands, formerly SPARC Brands. Managing FLEX PLM as well as the collaborative technologies utilized by Merchandising, Design and Production, amongst other pivotal initiatives helping to unify the integration across all of the brands under the Catalyst portfolio.
