Dynatrace is an Observability solution, widely adopted by Fortune Top 500, and publicly listed since 2019. I set up product usage dashboards through behavioral log analytics to understand the \'why\' behind how customers actually use our product.I then worked closely with the Growth team to map behavioral barriers and design experiments to drive up adoption of the Observability solution.I was also focused on democratizing UX research by building AI agents that make research insights and best practices more accessible across teams.
