Manager – HR Business Partner Playing the role of a HR Business Partner where I am responsible to partner with Corporate functions - based at HO Office, Mumbai.In my previous stint was HRBP for IRF business (multiple divisions) as well as the HO based employees for Mumbai. Some of my core responsibilities are summarized below: 1. Life-cycle management – Partnering with stakeholders to manage manpower planning, budgets, on boarding, payroll, performance management and separation. Partnering with TA - to understand the status of recruitment and planning accordingly for critical and niche requirements as well as ongoing replacements for the regular attrition. Onboarding and inductions – I am also responsible for the onboarding of HO employees which includes partnering with the operations team to plan for the new joiners. Reporting and Analysis – Month on month reporting and subsequent analysis of the reports prepared such as attrition analysis, exit analysis. Compliances – Ensuring the compliances are always being adhered to is my key responsibility. PMS process – Conducting the end to end PMS process for employees under my span. It includes driving the completion of PMS on successfactors, calibration discussions, preparing dashboards and release of letters. Engagement – Driving engagement and retention by planning the month on month engagement for employees based at HO (both offices). This ensures that there is always a balance of work and recreation at work which includes arranging for quarterly reward and recognition programs, long service awards ceremony, annual day, annual offsite and other celebrations.
