Designing robust, scalable, and maintainable system architecture for NIMRS Rewrite Project and Billing and Integration Rewrite Project considering performance, scalability, security, and future expansion.• Migrating existing NIMRS application code from.NET Framework7/.NET Core 6 to new.NET Core 8 leveraging latest features with Microsoft Visual Studio 2022.• Rewriting existing legacy ECM Service to scalable, maintainable, secure REST API Services using.NET Core 8, C# ASP.NET MVC/Web API.• Integrating NIMRS JC Delegation service written in WCF to cater as fully Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with Justice Center Via AKANA API Gateway to meet ITS/OMH Standards. • Streamlining deployment of NIMRS 2.0 using Azure DevOps CI/CD and Enhancing the same to migrate to GIT Labs CI/CD. Leveraged Fortify SCA tool for NIMRS code scan for security before deployment.• Writing existing Billing and Integration project into.NET core from BizTalk leveraging EDI Fabric for converting Oracle MHARS transactions (HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI)) into HL7 to send it to Oracle Cerner open ink for further processing of HL7 files.• Working on Crystal Reports for NIMRS and migrating existing Cristal API project from.NET framework 4 to.NET core using latest SAP Crystal Reports service pack.• Using Oracle PL/SQL for generating DML/DDL scripts for NIMRS application production deployments. Analyzing existing Oracle Packages and stored procurers, functions for performance tuning. • Implemented robust authentication mechanisms, leveraging industry-standard protocols like OAuth 2.0, OpenID with ADFS, JWT to ensure secure access for both internal application users and external API consumers. Additionally, designed and implemented fine-grained authorization controls, allowing precise access permissions for various user roles, enhancing overall security and data protection in the project.
