I joined the commercial real estate industry in 2015 and started my career with JLL - North India, based out of the Delhi-NCR office in Gurugram. From 20••••20, I was part of the Transactions Advisory Team in Delhi-NCR and my key responsibility areas were: Portfolio Advisory & Management, Lease Acquisitions, Lease Renewals, Developer Relations, Transaction Management and Coworking Transactions (Demand side and Supply side deals) for North India. I was also appointed as the Centre of Excellence Lead to ensure best practices. I worked with some of JLL\'s TOP clients and successfully concluded some of the largest transactions in the NCR region. I was promoted from an Executive to a Manager and was felicitated with the following awards- Best Broker\' in JLL in 2019 amongst India\'s top 250 Agents- Transaction Megastar and Superstar from 20••••19. After completing 5 years with the Delhi NCR team, I decided to increase my learning & exposure and was given the opportunity by the firm to join the Mumbai Transactions Advisory Team based out of the India HQ.I have graduated with a bachelors degree in Economics from Delhi University and ranked in the top 10% of my class. I am a commerce student who did his schooling from DPS RK Puram and passed with an overall rank of 17 out of a batch of 950 students.I aspire to grow in the real estate industry and make a long lasting impact!
