ABOUT KARTIK BHATIA

I am currently working as a Senior Associate – Client Engagement at Infollion Research Services, where I focus on building strong client relationships, driving successful engagements, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services. In this role, I partner with clients to connect them with the right expertise and insights, enabling them to make informed business decisions. In my previous role at Joveo, I played a key part in driving advertising operations and client success. During this time, I consistently contributed to 5–10% month-over-month revenue growth while managing campaign budgets of over $150K. By focusing on data-driven strategies and client retention, I was able to achieve revenue targets even in the face of churn, while also ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. I hold a degree in Business Administration (International Business Management) from Alliance University, which gave me the foundation to navigate diverse business environments. Outside of work, my passion for cricket has strengthened my perspective on teamwork, resilience, and leadership—qualities that I continue to apply in my professional journey. I remain committed to continuous growth and always look forward to learning, adapting, and adding value to both my team and the larger business ecosystem.
