As CTO – Americas at StatusNeo, I drive the region’s technology strategy and lead our product and platform engineering vision across Data & AI, Digital Engineering, DevSecOps, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. I oversee solution architecture for large-scale client transformations and build reusable IPs and accelerators that strengthen delivery and differentiation. I focus on scaling high-performing engineering teams, deepening client partnerships, and shaping a future-ready tech portfolio for the StatusNeo Americas.At TradeX, I built automated data-driven systems catering to more than 500k+ users at scale in the ever growing Real Money Gaming domain with TradeX. Prior to this, I was the founding member of the engineering team at Clue Digital, responsible for building (0 to 1) and scaling Neo4j Graph based AI solutions in the AdTech domain. I also worked as Manager, Data Science with India\'s largest diagnostics company, Dr Lal PathLabs, working on building their AI strategy by leveraging my experience in Machine Learning and Big Data Analytics.During my fellowship with TLP, I had the opportunity to work as a Data Science Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with their premium banking client to build AI solutions for instant loan dispensation.I started my career as a Data Scientist with MIQ Digital; where I conceptualized & built their location-based Ad targeting products from scratch; deployed to serve 10 million+ real-time in-app advertisements to customers based on their location and behavioral patterns.
