I’m Kartik (Kar) Sunder, currently serving as Manager, Digital Adoption at BMO within the Everyday Banking Customer Success team. I recently completed my MBA at the Schulich School of Business, where I combined academic rigor with active participation in case competitions — earning the Dean’s Cup and sharpening my problem-solving mindset along the way. Prior to my current role, I was part of BMO’s Sales Modernization group, serving as a Product Owner focused on enhancing digital onboarding journeys and optimizing retail banking operations through agile delivery. My professional journey spans banking, consulting, and analytics, with a focus on simplifying digital experiences and driving value through data and technology. My professional journey began as a Technology Consultant at Tredence, where I partnered with Fortune 500 clients like Nestlé US, Ecolab, and Walmart to deliver high-impact optimization solutions driving real operational gains. A technology enthusiast with years of experience in business analytics, data engineering, and product management, I have a proven track record of optimizing processes and delivering actionable insights across the Banking, Technology, and Logistics industries. Applying my skills in analytics, agile product development, and stakeholder collaboration—backed by my Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification—I focus on delivering practical solutions to complex digital transformation challenges. Outside of work, I enjoy soccer, gaming, and fitness, always seeking new ways to challenge myself—whether on the field, in a game, or during a workout.
