Working under Insurance vertical in Order to Cash (OTC) process as a part of IBA team handling the below responsibilities:•Generating monthly SOA (Statement of Account) for collection and settlement of premium /claims due from and due to client.•Reconciliations and allocation of funds.•Arranging SWIFT payments to clients for collected balances within TAT(Turnaround time).•Cash allocations / payments using forex.•Managing email correspondence for clients, brokers, underwriting team and other departments.•Liaising with underwriting team for collection of due claims and smooth flow of settlement of premiums to underwriters.•Managing MIS activities.
