Key Responsibilities: • Managing end-to-end O2C operations in SAP SD, including billing, invoice adjustments, and credit/debit note processing. • Handling customer requests and resolving invoice-related queries through email and portals, ensuring smooth communication and quick turnaround. • Monitoring automated billing jobs in SAP and coordinating with internal teams to fix system or data errors. • Uploading invoices to customer portals such as Ariba and Coupa while maintaining compliance with local and global requirements. • Preparing monthly reports for shipped-but-not-billed orders, billing blocks, and other operational metrics to support finance and AR teams. • Driving accuracy and transparency through regular billing audits and reporting to management.
