ABOUT KARTIK MALHOTRA

I\'m an Associate Director at LTIMindtree in AI Advisory (BlueVerse). It involves Consulting in Agentic AI & Gen AI. Prior to this, I was playing the role of a Technical/Senior Project Manager (with some responsibilities of Program Management) at Coforge Ltd. I helped identify and automate processes through Intelligent Automation (Gen AI, RPA, Python & other technologies). I\'ve also spent 7.5 years in EY India\'s Technology & Transformation practice, where I had been a Manager for 2.5 years at the time of leaving the organisation. I have a total work experience of 14 years.I\'ve been deployed at various COEs & GCCs to help them in their automation journey. As a Manager in EY\'s Tax Technology & Transformation team, I was handling the entire pan-India portfolio of Managed Service solutions, and was also managing the delivery of on-premise client offerings in North India.My role includes consulting/advisory in Enterprise AI. Previously, it included project management on the delivery side, and exploration/discovery to ensure a steady pipeline for sales. It involved- managing teams in implementing digital transformation strategies and intelligent automation solutions for clients- collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and design automation solutions- mentoring team members, facilitating skill development and ensuring project success.I have certificates in Generative AI and AWS certificate in Prompt Engineering, BlueVerse Certified Advisor certificate in Agentic AI, Microsoft PL-900 Power Platform certificate, SAFe 6 POPM, RPA Business Analyst certifications from Automation Anywhere and UiPath, certificates in Agile Business Management and in Cloud, ISMS certificate, and Bronze Badges in RPA, Digital & Transformational Leadership.
