I am manufacturing engineer and having passion to develop Li-Ion batteries and Battery operated electric vehicle. In my last 15 years of working with Volkswagen AG, I had gained good expertise in the area of stamping, process planning, tool design, body in white and li-ion battery development. I am always open to new technology and knowledge. My specialization is in the production processes like welding, forming and machining. In addition I am working in Li-Ion battery technology from many years and also passing my knowledge to new generation. I feel current battery manufacturing has lot of potentials for improvement. I have made around 100 patents to improve battery manufacturing processes and battery chemistry. My dream is to build one day highest energy density battery. My biggest strength is the inquisitiveness for manufacturing details and developing new innovative processes to develop high quality Li-ion batteries and BIW in mass production scale.
