ABOUT KARTIK KHANDEKAR

I am a Lawyer with specialization in Intellectual Property Law, Cyber Law and Contract Drafting. I have worked as an intern with Holla Associates, Bangalore, Shetty & Malhotra and Associates, Mumbai and Khire, Khandekar & Kirloskar Charted Accountants, Kolhapur. Currently I am working with Lesec Advisors LLP which focuses heavily on Intellectual Property Laws and Civil Litigations. I have done Drafting of Notice of Oppositions, Counterstatements, Evidence Affidavit U/R 45 & 46, Cease & Desist Notices and Filing of Trademarks. I can also apply for filing of Patents and Copyrights. I have done drafting of Co- Founder\'s Agreements, Non- Disclosure Agreements, Service Partner Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Business Transfer Agreements, Slump Sale Agreement. I can also draft Share Holder\'s Agreement, review contracts, Master Service Agreement. I also posses some deep understanding of Cyber Law and can work in areas such as Data Protection and Data Privacy. Apart from this I am very good at Football and have successfully accomplished a lot in this field. I have lead my team as a Captain to win many tournaments. I am a keen learner, a team player and a goal-oriented person with good communication skills, creative and innovative skills. A go-getter and a people\'s person in terms of attitude towards my work.
