I’ve moved beyond the lab to understand the \"real world\" of the industry from Sustainable Bioprocesses and Circular Economy to the intricacies of Packaging materials and Food Chemistry & Nutrition.• Innovation & R&D: I am fascinated by the \"magic\" of versatile compounds like Cyclodextrins and their potential to solve complex challenges in food system.• The Entrepreneurial Mindset: From various projects, I’ve learned how to turn a scientific idea into a real solution.• Global Networking: My growth has been fueled by presenting my views at conferences and meeting with visionary founders who are redefining the food systems.Currently, as a Formulation Scientist at Evanium, my zeal remains the same, to contribute towards making a more resilient Food System for the world.
