With over Two decades of industry experience (including 16+ years of HR experience in 5 organisations), Karthik Narendra is a Computer Engineer and an HR Professional with a Master\'s Degree in HR from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai. He is a Certified SPHRi professional by HRCI and has attended a Certificate Course in HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak (9th Batch) and has successfully completed AHRI\'s (Australian HR Institute) nationally accredited BSB41015 Certificate IV in Human Resources program. He has been honored to serve as the Class Representative of his Master\'s course (MHRDM) at JBIMS (2005-08).
