In this position, I managed the public sector client programs’ testing activities and our Quality Assurance team, including all test schedules, summaries, reporting, and retrospection meetings. I was often called on to assist with go/no-go decisions in management status meetings. I authored our Master Test Strategy and Test Plan documentation, covering all activities and approaches within the testing phases. I also coordinated our validation activities, including test script design and execution. Synchronizing with the Technical team and SysAdmin, we synced user acceptance testing (UAT) and product review, staged data for testing, and prepared user accounts. It was within my purview to triage defects and manage the closure process with the Development team. I provided testing sign-off and generated feedback for developed products throughout demo.
