I assist enterprises in designing and deploying scalable, automated, and future-ready solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, D365, APIs, Plugins, Azure, and the M365 Suite, with expertise in integration to any external systems.With over 7 years of experience across Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 PO, and other Office 365 tools, I specialise in end-to-end solution architecture, design, development, implementation, and deployment. I provide strategic guidance at all organizational levels on the effective use of Power Platform by combining both functional and technical expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI (Fabric), Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Generative AI (GenAI), Azure Services (Web Apps, Cognitive Services, Bot Services), API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and broader Microsoft Cloud Solutions. I’ve led initiatives focusing on governance, compliance, and security, while enhancing ALM and SDLC processes for global enterprises.I have strong expertise in integrating Power Platform and D365 with various systems such as Azure, Oracle, Salesforce, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Recruitee, Greenhouse, and additional third-party platforms. I’m highly proficient in both client-side scripting and server-side development within the Power Platform and D365 ecosystems. My experience also includes developing and deploying bots using Copilot Studio integrated with Generative AI (Azure OpenAI), alongside driving the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Chat to maximise AI-driven productivity and governance.
