At Instacart, I built a team to drive AI transformation across developer productivity and core product integration to speed up delivery and improve adoption- Building marketplace orchestration use cases on top of it- Shaping the agent architecture with MCP infra and agent runtime- Driving AI adoption with on-call, coding, sql and business workflow agents. Before Instacart, I founded an AI agent platform focused on deep research and proactive background agents, with applications spanning insurance, supply chain, and workforce optimization.At Uber, I built the engineering organization and leadership bench that rebuilt Search, Discovery, and Personalization for Uber Delivery, from first principles. We shaped the architecture around a Transformer/LLM-based core, and led the rebuild of a simpler, more capable platform. The result was an approximately 30-point lift in conversion and 15-point retention bump.Previously, I built out multiple teams from scratch to take Twilio\'s Conversational AI, Speech Recognition and ML Platform products from concept to production. Also built and scaled the call, conference and recording products for Twilio\'s Voice product line
