Vanguard Business School was started in 2010 by six IIM alumni with significant experience in the field of education to create frontline managers through industry relevant management programmes. The PGPM programme is built on two important pillars of employability education (external to the individual) and transformational mentorship (internal to the individual). A testament to the success of the programme is the 100% Placement track record since inception and a strong alumni network who are doing exceedingly well in their careers.As someone who has benefited immensely from mentorship by some really amazing people, my role at the organization is to create, evaluate and improve the mentorship programme at Vanguard. I would encourage experienced industry professionals to get in touch with me if they are interested in mentoring youth who wish to build a management career.
