Worked with Product Managers & BU Controllers to work out the strategy to implement sales motion reporting that includes metrics on Upsell, Downsell, Churn, Attrition, ARR, ACV & TCV that improved the accuracy of sales forecasting to 85% on planned Vs actuals • Played Key role in implementing PID mapping logic that enable the sales motion logic and directed the eGenie (Web Portal that manages the PID) development team on the necessary changes to address the impact • Implemented various reporting metrics such as Annual Contract Value/Total Contract Value and Recurring Revenue calculations (ARR) • Used Python script, Oracle SQL, Java, Excel Pivot to validate test the data. Published Tableau Dashboard, preso and training documents to facilitate the BAT/UAT with the Product Managers and BU controllers
