My current area of work at SAP Labs focuses on Product Management and driving Design Thinking to innovate, design & build products, reinvent processes, change culture and help customers. From automotive R&D to entrepreneurship to software development it’s a transition journey of passion and inspiration all through the way. Our startup – Sirf Mobile, was a first of its kind mobile payment and commerce app. A true Google Pay front runner with radical ideas in the mobile payments space. Now I put the loads of learning and perseverance from this venture to great use in my initiatives in every sphere. Expertise: Product Management and QA: E2E Business Process and Business content delivery. In-depth delivery & QA expertise from specification to ramp up of large-scale distributed projects like SAP SRM, SAP PPS & SAP CPM in both classic & lean mode of development. Project Planning and Management: Proven ability to plan, organize and lead teams to assure quality delivery of products on time. Start-up experience from concept to bootstrapping. Customer interactions via Back Office Lead, co-innovation with customers, Ramp up support, escalation management & EAC support.
