   Currently contributing as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Project, a 9 MMTA Refinery & Petrochemical Complex. Serving as the HSE in-charge for units such as DCU, MS Block, DHDT, HGU, PFCC, DFCU, and CN & CA. Monitoring the implementation of the HSE Policy and Plan across the project site while fostering a safety-oriented culture. Conducting daily safety inspections with contractors’ representatives to ensure compliance and rectify safety deficiencies. Actively participating in weekly and monthly unit meetings to emphasize the importance of safety and address site lapses. Engaging in daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and training programs while reviewing work permits and inspection records. Acting as the overall project site coordinator, planning and scheduling Mass Toolbox Talks, safety walk-downs, and motivational programs. Preparing and assigning duties to Safety Professionals from EIL for seamless operations. Planning, coordinating, and participating in HSE audit programs to maintain compliance. Collecting monthly HSE data, preparing presentations for Monthly Project HSE Meetings, and conducting meetings as per the schedule. Acting as the BBS (Behaviour-Based Safety) Coordinator, promoting behavioural safety practices across the project site. Reviewing and approving Contractors’ HSE documents, including HSE Plans, ERP, EIA, HIRAC, and JSA. Planning, coordinating, and organizing mock drills at the site to enhance preparedness for emergency situations. Developing, implementing, and evaluating project-specific HSE objectives, targets, and programs. Investigating near misses, incidents, and accidents to determine root causes and recommend CAPA. Organizing, coordinating, and conducting HSE training programs to improve awareness and compliance.
