I am self-motivated and able to work both independently and as collaborative with team members, and ability to ensure the quality of product and compliance with customer needs, Sound knowledge with garments manufacturing and technologies, Strong analytical skills and solution and passion for continuous learning,I had finished my B.Tech (Textile Technology) and I had 13 years in experiences Quality and Inspection field.JOB PROFILE ACTION & TECHNICAL SKILLFollowing the sampling process & pattern and analyze the tech pack as per buyer sop and discuss with the factory team and make the samples like Proto, Salesman sample, Fit, PP, Size set, Top sample,Conducting risk analysis meeting with vendor & PD team and update the production feasible points with Customer & giving technical solutions for key aspects,Following the Auditing rules and regulations follow as per buyer SOP requirements,Coordinate with the factory Merchandising team for styles analysis and workmanship strategical and way of manufacturing process layout as per the buyer norms,Following and Checking from yarn and dying and fabrics and Printing and Embroidery purchased the right material as per buyer requested standard,Checking the trims and accessories to in house the correct material on correct time with each and every detail,Doing the Fabric inspection in random roll selection which is from bulk and cross checking the testing parameters FPT & GPT as per buyer SOP and checking the reportsConduct the PPM with PD team and factory Merch and Production and Quality team to achieve the right product on right time,Visiting the factories daily base to check the quality of the product in pilot run analysis, inline and mid line & end line and finishing and inspection,Delivery the product to the high quality on right time,Updating day to day activities and order status to the Buying merchandising team by systematical.
