Technical project management and key accounts manager for OEM\'s. At present looking after, 2W Electrification products for Indian OEM. Responsible for end to end key account management from Business prospect evaluation, Formulating strategy plans, project execution and life cycle management. Key Responsibilities:1. Develop product Strategy and support realization.2. Conduct market Research and synthesize data\'s to enable a viable outcome3. Product Development and Lifecycle Management- Collaborate with cross-functional teams with diverse and multifaceted stakeholders across globe- Manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress risk management, getting project back on track and achieving KPI\'s of project. Technical Know-how based on products handled-Sound understanding on steering suspension linkage, electronic power steering (EPAS)-Wiper systems and wiper linkage products -4W thermal system products like, HVAC blower module, Traction+Battery coolant pumps-2W electrification, Traction motor and Traction Motor control unit. Leading development team-Explaining features,\"translating\" business requirements to product and project need-Enabling decisions regarding technical implementation together subject matter experts. Cross-functional Collaboration: 7. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Conduct post-launch reviews and gather feedback from customers to guide future product iterations.Well versed to adapt with dynamics with current industry trends with good hands on experience on tools and techniques.
