Evaluate and select packaging suppliers/vendors; periodically conduct vendor reviews.• Work closely with Engineering to optimize packaging supply base for cost, lead time, quality, regionalization, standardization, supply assurance, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.• Launch programming and implementation (study the product description & BOM to understand technical requirement & constraint the process)• Green field logistics Design the warehouse & high bay racks, Truck, Dock, Equipment, packaging calculation and work content & operator & do the time study and implementation (Engine & Assembly shops).
