Working on the Structural Analysis department • •FEA modelling and analysis of the exhaust systems of OEMs like Mahindra, Hyundai, Tata motors Modelling and simulation of the Suspension control arm of OEMs• Softwares used for preprocessing - Hypermesh and Femap • Postprocessing - Using Optistruct, Nastran, Abaqus & Hyperview • Supported in modelling, Modal analysis and structural analysis of different BS VI.2 projects including VA/VE of exhaust systems for M&M, Hyundai and TATA Motors • Supported in the structural and CAE Fatigue analysis of suspension Control arm of Isuzu & Tata motors• Develop design concepts and Identify hanger location• FEA result interpretation and validate results by comparing with test results and reference values
