   Design and development of custom projects, R&D projects, turn-key systems and product line solids control equipment, Dewatering units, polymer injection units and fluid reclamation systems. • Perform detailed mechanical design work including 3D modeling, process design and controls design, piping design, structural components design in compliance with industrial standards and client specifications. • Develop technical documents including manufacturing drawings, P & ID, PFD, GA etc. Perform stress, deformation and fatigue analysis and FEA on critical components and structural members, develop structural design and FEA reports and provide optimal solutions. • Develop BOM’s and work with procurement and planner on issuing PO/ WO. • Provide guidance to and engage with production and quality team from product fabrication stage to FAT. • Manage sustaining and optimizing existing product line equipment, products and packaged systems. • Develop high quality 3D product animations and renderings for commercial and marketing purposes.
