I’m excited to share some of the research projects I’ve worked on during my academic journey:1. B.Sc. in Biotechnology:I conducted a project on the genomics and proteomics of the CHD8 gene in Mus musculus. This study helped uncover crucial insights into the role of the CHD8 gene, which is significant in various biological processes and diseases.2. M.Sc. in Bioinformatics:For my master’s degree, I focused on transcriptome data analytics during the developmental stage of maize silk using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). This project allowed me to analyze gene expression patterns and their implications on maize silk development.
