I\'m Karthik Shagoti, a Founding SDR at Adintelle, an Aeronautical Engineer who took a flight path detour and swapped flight manuals for spreadsheets, now specializing in Sales Development and driving revenue in the B2B SaaS industry. My journey went from studying aircraft structures to building sales strategies with a passion for SaaS and tech. From managing process and doing sales at Overseas Immigration, to driving connections as an SDR at LeadSquared, where I learnt the art of striking meaningful conversations with Industry leaders. This led me to transit into the Strategic Partnerships team, building channel sales, client strategies, Alliance and shaking hands in the name of GTM initiatives at Leadsquared and I loved every moment of it. At Adintelle, I’m leading the charge in sales, strategy development, and exploring new market opportunities. We specialize in streamlining back-office tasks like billing, client servicing, and operations for Digital and Ad Agencies. I focus on generating high-quality leads, building strong relationships and crafting strategies that helps agencies improve efficiency and deliver better client experiences. But it doesn’t stop there! I’m also passionate about quantitative finance, high-frequency trading (HFT), and advanced analytics—basically, anything that crunches numbers at lightning speed. I’m also intrigued by aerodynamics, XR, product design, and engineering management—because why not keep learning?
