Understand the E2E process (MESC Codes / DEP standards) in CP Data: MESC licensing, MESC Implementation/alignment across ERP P16, P31, P94 & P49.\\\\n• MESC Implementation – Roll out of CMT new data to ERP system When new version upgraded. This activity conducted on yearly basis.\\\\n• MESC Alignment – Cleansing of existing ERP data based on CMT new version release on yearly basis.\\\\nMESC licensing:\\\\n• Collaboration with different stakeholders (e.g. Asset service managers / Gloabe category manager / NOV customers / TSA focal points – like “Qater Energy, PDO, Saudi Armpo”, EPC contractors and vendors, IRM Team, IT Team, Accounts Payable Team and Invoice team etc)\\\\n• Due diligence in dealing with all vendors who require the MESC license (i.e. checking if the requestor’s email address domain is legitimate, and verifying with a contact person from Shell Companies or Affiliates of the vendor’s eligibility).\\\\n• Careful understanding of the scope of MESC license agreements for 3P/NOV/TSA, EPC Contractors, and Vendors (e.g. Cost of license, other services (Technical service agreement ), Shell projects involved, service period)\\\\n• Work closely with the Accounts Payable Team and Credit Operations to manage vendors that are yet to be billed with the invoice statement and yet to be cleared of customer ledger\\\\n• Effective management of more than 200+ MESC portal stakeholders including Shell 3P/NOV/TSA, EPC contractors and vendors who require the license to support Shell (MESC Codes/SPE). Responsibilities include timely provision of access to avoid project delays, resolution of log-in issues, complying to user access controls, and verification of payment.\\\\n• Timely execution of scheduled controls as control operator for GC.033 (quarterly), GC.036 (per transaction), GC.038 (annually), and GC.042.1 (monthly).\\\\n• MESC piping and valves materials review / DEP standards.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
