   Co-leading multi-year and annual planning efforts to operationalize organization\'s long-term strategyPreviously:• Collaborated with and empowered 19 departments to identify their vision and strategies to create an organization-wide five-year business plan; this ultimately secured $60M+ in private sector funding • Analyzed student, school and district data to develop multi-year school deployment plans for 28 City Year sites; this will enable them to scale and achieve the desired impact for City Year’s long-term goals • Project managed the design and implementation of a process that engaged leadership at 28 sites to develop multi-year, site-specific advancement plans • Re-designed City Year’s selections process for admitting AmeriCorps members annually to ensure an equitable process for the hiring of fully qualified members • Evaluated different methods for recruiting AmeriCorps members resulting in 6 recommendations on how to improve business processes which are now heavily utilized by marketing and recruitment departments • Developed a career services strategy for AmeriCorps members that includes staffing structure, program descriptions, key outcomes, activities, required resources, partnerships and an implementation plan
