ABOUT KARTHIK RAJU

As a Business Development Manager at BLIND Esports, I leveraged my passion for gaming to create and execute successful campaigns with various brands and sponsors. I also managed all content creators and talents, ensuring their quality and engagement with the gaming community.Previously, I worked as a Marketing Manager at Enigma Gaming and True Rippers Esports, where I led partnerships and all branding and marketing activities for the leading esports platform in India. I analyzed business and growth opportunities, developed strategies and initiatives, and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our goals.I recently interned at MPL, a leading RMG platform where I was exposed to marketing and community operations of a new NFT based real money gaming app enabling me to widen my skillset and learn to pivot my experiences from different industries. I am currently pursuing my BMS (Hons) in Digital Business Management from Vidyashilp University, where I am learning the fundamentals and applications of digital technologies and business models. I have also completed multiple certifications in sports marketing, sponsorship, and management from Deakin University and Rajasthan Royals, enhancing my knowledge and skills in the sports and gaming industry.I am motivated by my love for gaming and my desire to contribute to its growth and development in India and beyond. I am always eager to learn new things, explore new challenges, and collaborate with others who share my vision and values. I am looking for opportunities to further my career and impact in the gaming and esports sector.
