My work bridges creative marketing with data-driven automation, helping transform prospects into long-term clients in the functional ingredient and cannabinoid space.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Development & Execution:Plan, build, and execute targeted marketing campaigns using HubSpot and Klaviyo, with a strong focus on personalized content, timing, and segmentation to increase engagement and drive conversions.Marketing Automation & Workflows:Design and manage automated email workflows and lead nurturing funnels to support the sales pipeline, streamline outreach, and maximize the efficiency of our CRM communications.Template & Asset Creation:Develop visually compelling and brand-consistent marketing templates, newsletters, and promotional content aimed at engaging contacts and guiding them through the buyer journey.Lead Engagement & Nurturing:Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to identify high-potential leads and align messaging with sales strategies, increasing our ability to turn interest into closed deals.Cross-Team Collaboration:Work closely with sales, design, and R&D teams to ensure messaging is aligned with product innovation and customer needs, especially around new SKUs and market trends (e.g, functional mushrooms, tinctures, cannabinoids).Tools & Platforms:Daily use of platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Workspace to manage CRM data, segment lists, create email campaigns, and report on analytics.This role allows me to blend creativity with strategy, while supporting a fast-growing manufacturing leader in a highly regulated and innovative space.
