   Responsible for managing a small team looking after the functions of logistics & material management, stock maintenance, updating daily aircraft utilization, workorder closure, revision of manuals, dispatch of serviceable wheels to outstations according to availability & requirement, segregation & handover of unserviceable wheels, brakes & spares to respective vendors while liaising with procurement & repair teams, monitoring medical kit preparation according to 6E standards, issuance and receipt of serviceable and unserviceable spares respectively, ensuring smooth operation of engineering tasks planned on the fleet, etc.• Halved the TAT for medical kit preparation and certification by streamlining the touchpoints to minimize base flights departing DEL on MEL. Formulated a blueprint to cut medicine procurement costs by reducing pilferage & enhancing accountability among the stakeholders.• Averted major shortage of serviceable wheels & brakes on multiple occasions at various outstation bases by managing & allocating scarce supply diligently with meticulous planning by introducing predictive modeling of data from past consumption patterns.• Managed multiple shifts and coordinated in material positioning / dispatch to outstations in critical AOG situations to prevent grounding of aircraft due to multiple causal factors such as FOD, Pratt & Whitney engine’s seal failure, etc.• In-charge of the planning and material logistics for C checks, EOL checks & Lease Return of IGO aircraft at various domestic & international MROs. Ensured the completion of these checks well within the check TAT by mitigating material delays, AOG sourcing, vendor shortlisting and cost optimization through negotiation. While at these MROs, implemented and executed excel automation to bridge the gap between IGO and MRO processes, executed all AMOS actions such as WO generation, component GRN, LB, pickslip action, etc. for all spares. Completed the billing approval and successful redelivery.
