   Prepare MO shortage reports every day and conduct continuous follow-ups to ensure shortages are cleared before CTB dates.• Reschedule Manufacturing Orders (MOs) every Monday to prevent past-dated orders and resolve MO aging issues.• Perform weekly demand comparison every Tuesday to analyze last week’s versus current week’s demand, and accordingly execute pull-in, pushout, and resizing of MOs to maintain a clean plan aligned with system demand.• Prepare CTB (Capable-to-Build) report every Wednesday by analyzing MOs, PPOs, and shortages; determine CTB dates for FG demands and document risks where component ETAs exceed FG delivery dates and send the report to scheduler.• Generate and present weekly MRC (Material Revenue Commit) reports using demand data and FG selling prices, showing clear-to-build revenue and identifying revenue at risk due to critical shortages.• Prepare 52-week Problematic Reports on critical part shortages and collaborate with buyers through review calls to expedite procurement and clear shortages.• Collaborate with Program Administration, Buyers, Receiving Team, IQA, Production Schedulers, and Supervisors, performing continuous follow-ups to ensure material availability as per CTB dates.• Manage Manufacturing Orders in Baan ERP, including creation, rescheduling, resizing, release, demand verification, inventory checks, and part location tracking.
