   Lead and represent all the CSR and sustainability initiatives of the company. Overall responsibility to implement CSR projects under the focus area: Education, Environment, Women Empowerment and Health care.• Assist in driving the sustainability road map for the company as per GRI Standard. Collect and collate data pertaining to sustainability practices of the company based on GRI G4 guidelines.• Responsible for Due Diligence, process standardization and partner engagement for effective implementation of CSR projects.• Guide and plan the global volunteering initiative across India, drumming up support and persuading employee participation.• Lead for internal and external communication for all the CSR activities, preparation of annual report, assessment report, Impact report, Project report, CSR report as per Sec135 of Company’s Act 2013.• Lead for preparation and ensuring compliance of CSR Budget.• Coordination, communication and partner with Several IFF group of Companies and their separate CSR Initiatives.• Develop and manage strategic relationships/partnership with non-profit organizations and other stakeholders.• To ensure effective communication methods are in place to communicate business ethics, CSR targets and performance.• Coordinate between plant and corporate management team for CSR programs planning and execution.• Facilitate annual workshop organized with all different stakeholders of the company to analysis impact of activities carried out by the organization and future walk.• Closely monitor the impact created and success stories from the project through implementing agency.
