As a Director of Finance, I lead global billing and accounts receivable at Zenoti, owning the Order-to-Cash function at scale in a complex, high-growth SaaS environment. My work centers on building revenue operations that scale predictably - strengthening revenue integrity under ASC 606 framework, improving cash flow visibility, cutting down DSO significantly, and ensuring operating discipline as the business grows.I operate at the intersection of revenue, systems, and decision-making, where execution quality has a direct impact on financial outcomes. I partner closely with FP & A, Sales, Customer Success, Services, RevOps, Product, and executive leadership to translate strategy into durable operating models. I’m often brought in as complexity increases - fragmented processes, unclear ownership, or systems that no longer scale - and my role is to bring clarity, structure, and accountability.Beyond day-to-day execution, I focus on building strong leadership benches, strengthening controls, and creating financial systems that hold up under scale, scrutiny, and change.
