Responsible for small Accounts payable team to complete accounting task over 100+ US, DE, and UK subsidiary. Created new payable process in Kyriba to become more efficient which is 7M USD payments for every week. Worked closely with Treasury for Kyriba implementation and future week payments to prepare cash Position. Over 55+ US subsidiary delicately preparing for weekly pay run which includes Wire, EFT, ACH, SEPA, Non SEPAand deferred payments. Preparing and analysing aged A/P listing, which is over 90Days bills, including determining and executing specific actions to address high risk or aged open bills which reduces 30% of payable accounts. Reconciling vendor ledger statements and negotiating with vendors or internal BM departments regarding the discrepancies of issues which helps to maintain accurate balances. Created new accounts payable SOP from the scratch, as per the company legal terms. Revenue recognition from (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and several sales channels and B2B invoicesgenerat to XERO accounting tool with correct GL account. Maintaining collaborated payable date for internal auditors and external auditors to conduct year-end closeprocess smoothly, involved multiple special projects for clearing aged variances from inventory and vendor ledger GL codes.
