I have significant experience on Program and Project management, E2E Delivery manager (for OSS BSS components in the Telecom IT space as well as across other portfolios), service delivery manager, operations manager supporting digital transformation and pre-sales. Customer centricity is my key guiding principle. To operationalize this, I have worked extensively on customer management, maintaining relationships with clients and vendors while also skillfully managing teams of testers and engineers to deliver projects to client satisfaction across multiple continents and time zones in Europe/ Asia and Africa. I have been responsible for managing and maintaining finances across these large teams.I have deep understanding of the complete product management lifecycle from requirement gathering till revenue generation.
