I am an experienced project manager and delivery leader with 15 years of experience in project management, customer relationship management, service delivery management, IT support, and process improvement. I my roles as a project manager, scrum master, agile coach, and delivery lead, I have lead complex projects from inception to completion, lead cross-functional teams, optimized key cost drivers, and coached teams on Agile mindset. Communication is the key for me. I believe effective and organized communication can solve most if not all problems. When I am managing individuals, I ensure the team has clear channels to communicate through issues/challenges. I am a big believer in structured communication, and try to incorporate it into both my personal and professional life.I am constantly learning new skills. For better or worse, this also includes skills outside my career as a manager. I am also learning newer technologies in my spare time, and traveling/road trips is my therapy if I ever feel the need.
