Resolution of RFIs (Request For Information)/ RFRs (Request For Revision). Resolution of DQs (Daily Queries). Support to AoGs resolution (Aircraft On Ground). Support to TAAS (Technical Adaptation and Acceptance Sheet). Support to resolution of FAL/MAP (Aircraft Production queries). Support to definition of Maintenance & Troubleshooting tasks (AMM & TSM). Support to definition of Aircraft Manuals (IPC, AWM, DFPRM, MMEL, FCOM, etc). Support to SBs authoring (Service Bulletin). Support to MOD, MP (Modification Proposal) & TRS (Technical Repercussion Sheet). Analysis of DFDR plots or QAR/SAR data to support event reports. Support to MISP (Major In-Service Problems) or RFW (Request For Work). On-site assistance to operators on-behalf of ATA7X Design Office. Follow-up activities with System Suppliers. Hands on experience- Techrequest management, OSFA, SEA, SDM+, ELIPS, FTP+, Skywise, VIEW, Mechanical Drawing, Engineering Drawing, CDIS, AirnavX, Airbusworld, etc.
