   Client: Applied MaterialsRoles & Responsibilities:• Opportunity to work on a wide range of semiconductor machinery process for wafercleaning and polishing (CMP – Chemical Mechanical Planarization)• Providing a solution to the manufacturing problem faced by the suppliers after interactingwith counterparts.• Responsible to address the SPS issues on time by interacting with cross functionalstakeholders and involved in EA (Exception Activity).• Creation of ECR to document all the changes to the part/KIT and assemblies per request.• Creation of Manufacturing BOM, OMS (Operation Method Sheet) and 3D modeling,Engineering drawings for the Pilot Operations group.• Responsible to identify the long-term corrective action for backlog ESW’s and submitECR’s to close the same.• Reducing the EA activity by creating configurable BOMs.• Obsoleting the parts/Kits due to interchangeability issues or OEMs getting obsoletedfrom the supplier end.• Responsible to create replacement parts for obsolescence parts and inactivating theparts/kits due to less demand.• Creation of OEM items in Teamcenter per Stakeholder request.• Working on E&Z (Excess & Zero) inventory mitigation as a part of Lean Manufacturing.• Perform cleanup activity for backlog SPS’s by collaborating with DE’s and ME’s andimplement the change with an ESW/ECR/SCO.• Documenting the changes, Reviewing the ECRs and conducting the ECRs for CCB (Changecontrol Board)
