Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing of various quality improvement projects. Applying various conflict resolution strategies by maintaining a healthy competition in the team for the betterment of the project/ organization. Increasing the utilization and efficiency of resources by applying just in time (JIT) approach and by following Lean principles (reducing non-value adding steps).
