ABOUT KARSTEN REUTER
My research concerns energy conversion and storage in the context of renewable energy technologies. By developing advanced multiscale modeling and simulation techniques, my department investigates the limiting steps at surfaces and interfaces. Leveraging supercomputers, we bridge molecular reactions to entire reactors and fuel cells, aiming to enhance efficiency and reduce reliance on rare or toxic materials.
